Updated builder based on personal knowledge of the installation

Database Manager on February 13th, 2013:

Organ relocated without any change. Identified by Irving Cutter, based on personal knowledge of the organ. -- St. George's, Port Arthur closed about the same time that the sanctuary of St. James', Houston was destroyed by a tornado in November 2003. In taking care of the assets of St. George's Church, the Diocese of Texas agreed to give the pipe organ to St. James' Church, to be installed in their new sanctuary. The new sanctuary was completed in 2007, and the relocated pipe organ was dedicated in summer 2007.
