Jim Stettner on May 28th, 2024:

Updated through online information from Irving Cutter (May 25, 2024): This instrument was relocated to St James’ Episcopal Church in Houston, in 2007. I was the rector of St James’ at the time and was involved in this project. The organ continues to be used today.

Database Manager on October 22nd, 2018:

The parish closed ca. 2003 and the organ was relocated in 2007 at the direction of the Diocese to St. James Episcopal Church, Houston, whose church had been destroyed by a tornado in November 2003.

Database Manager on July 3rd, 2008:

Identified through information adapted from E. M. Skinner/Aeolian-Skinner Opus List, by Sand Lawn and Allen Kinzey (Organ Historical Society, 1997), and included here through the kind permission of Sand Lawn: Extant; additions and alterations by Otto Hofmann in 1992.
