Database Manager on March 3rd, 2012:

Updated through online information from T. Daniel Hancock. -- The organ was originally built by Farrand & Votey for the First Presbyterian Church of Springfield, Missouri in 1892. The Votteler-Holtkamp-Sparling Company relocated, rebuilt, and enlarged the organ for the new Sanctuary of the First & Calvary Presbyterian Church in 1930 following a church merger. In 1955, Kilgen provided a new console and additional new ranks. First & Calvary sold the organ to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in 1978.
