Pipes in the present organ [Möller Op. 1404 (1912)] to become the property of 
M. P. Möller, Inc., same to be used where adaptable. [6 stops were adaptable]  
All such pipes to be shipped to Hagerstown to be repaired, revoiced and be 
guaranteed same as new pipes when installed in the new instrument.

The organ was removed in the 1960's when the Lower Church was converted into a 
parish community center.

The pipecounts are taken from the contract.
