This entry represents the installation of a new organ. Identified through online information from Andrew Henderson (February 26, 2025): According to The Malone Farmer (Malone, NY, March 7, 1917): "The new organ for St. Joseph's church arrived last week and a member of the firm furnishing it and a helper are now in Malone installing it. This work is expected to take till next Tuesday or Wednesday. The organ is a two-manual and of the very best construction. No money has been wasted on extras, the entire $3,500 going into the necessary parts of the instrument. It will occupy practically the whole space in the organ loft of the church, the instrument, when installed, being 21 feet wide, with pipes 26 feet high."
