The 1890 Jardine & Son organ from White Plains, NY. was installed second-hand by an unknown builder in 1942, to replace an 1888 Emmons Howard damaged in a fire and discarded. The Jardine was water damaged in a roof leak and replaced by McNeely using recycled parts, possibly reusing pipes from the Jardine among its ensemble. The console was from Austin No. 2234, 1955 and windchests from their No. 1776, 1931. An antiphonal was subsequently added in the rear, at an unknown date.
This entry represents the electrification and rebuild of an existing organ. Identified from a related OHS Database entry.
