From the church history website:
"...on September 20th, 1910, the new structure was dedicated...The new building contained many modern amenities, including electronic devices and a state-of-the-art pipe organ specially designed by the Kimball Company. At a cost of $101,000, the facility was the largest and most thoroughly equipped Methodist church in the state at the time, and it was soon dubbed βthe Cathedral of Indiana Methodism.β It was also thought to be fireproof."
First Church had a 1910 W.W. Kimball organ of two manuals, tubular-pneumatic action, installed around 1910. In 1938 Henry Pilcher's Sons of Louisville, Kentucky, replaced the organ with its opus 1843, a three-manual instrument. -- 2007 OHS Atlas
