Jim Stettner on October 12th, 2021:

Identified from online information from Jayson R. Engquist. -- I just found out that (circa 1974) the old Aeolian at Severance mansion (called “Cedarhurst”) in Cottage Grove, MN. was removed and a Wurlitzer (from a theater in Illinois) was installed in its place in the ballroom. Still extant.

NEWS: a contractor has purchased the Severance estate (including about 500 acres surrounding the mansion) and will be building condos (an association) over the next few years. The mansion (Cedarhurst) will be retained including Wurlitzer organ.
