Known from a list published in a descriptive report of the dedication of the organ in Emporium, Pennsylvania. The Cameron County Press, February 1, 1906, p. 1.

The organ cost $5,250. The church was dedicated on June 4, 1900. The organ was [apparently] dedicated November 16, 1913. The church building exists and is currently known (2020) as Grace Temple Baptist Church.
