Saw that the incorrect year was listed. (The organ was contracted & installed in 1920, not 1919 when Lincoln High School opened.) Also add ranks/pipes
Found builder name in old "Jersey City Public Schools" book.
Pipe organ is no longer at school. Organ "pit" in Auditorium has been covered over and is now level with surrounding Auditorium floor, although a slight "dip" can be felt where organ console location was. At rear of Auditorium, behind the rear curtains, are the left/right on-stage organ chambers with organ grilles facing the seating. Both chambers are devoid of pipes. One level down, directly below the stage and in the hallway outside the athletic director's office, the original Orgablo motor was still sitting there (as of 2001), behind a wire mesh security fence, with the organ wind pipes leading upwards to the Auditorium.
