Database Manager on April 9th, 2020:

This was the moving and re-installation of the 1881 E. & G.G. Hook & Hastings from the previous edifice on Asylum Street. The organ served another 13 years in its 2nd location, and then according to the 50th Anniversary booklet, "In Decemebr, 1917, the new pipe organ was installed. The old organ was given in part payment on the new organ, and the remaining part since paid off in full" The subsequent disposition of the E. & G.G. Hook & Hastings is not known.
