Database Manager on November 29th, 2015:

New console for the existing organ. Identified by Eric J. Gastier, based on personal knowledge of the organ.

Schantz's work in 1960 was limited to a new console and new pipework for the Great 4' Octave (replacing an 8' Gamba) and the Great II Mixture (replacing an 8' Tuba). Later the Echo organ was removed. The Schantz console and most of the original pipework became part of the church's 1994 III/36 Carl Emerson organ.
