Originally built in 1910 for Edward C. Crossett Residence, Davenport, Iowa. In 1925, Aeolian was contracted to remove, clean, renovate, and move the organ to what is now the J. Reed Lane Residence in Wianno, Mass.
Contract (Dec. 21, 1925) for $8,950 to provide three-manual console, change Echo to Choir, and install Duo-Art player.
