This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ.
Identified by Jim Lewis, based on personal knowledge of the organ.
-- This instrument was originally installed in a building on the Searles estate that is separate from the main house. It may have also contained Searles' antique musical instrument collection. The organ was removed in the early 1940s and installed in the Forest St. Church, Methuen, by Ernest Skinner.
