Database Manager on December 31st, 2011:

Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- This was the relocating of the Hook & Hastings from its original home to the church's new edifice. It is not known what, if any, tonal or mechanical changes were made at this time. The organ was reportedly replaced in 2001, but the facade and windchests remain behind. The OHS Database entry for Faith Lutheran in Austin, Texas indicates that the Danville Hook & Hastings was stored in Immanuel Presbyterian in Danville, IL for St. Matthew's Lutheran in Urbanna, IL. It was for sale in 1962 (2m, 19rk), and was relocated to Austin through the Organ Clearing House where it was rebuilt & enlarged by Otto Hoffman.
