The congregation sold the Waterloo St. property to the adjacent and growing St. John General Hospital and merged with St. Batholomew's Anglican Church; the first service for St. Mary-St. Bartholomew's Anglican Church in their new building was held at their new location on Westmorland Road on Christmas Eve 1967; the Casavant was moved to the new church and housed in chambers on angled walls to each side of the altar.
