Updated through online information by Kevin O'Brien [February 12, 2026]: In 1968, Westminster Choir College built three adjacent dormitories with practice rooms in the basement, most of which housed practice organs. This von Beckerath was installed in the dormitory ultimately named Princeton at its installation or shortly thereafter. In the early 2000s, it was moved down several hallways to the Dayton dormitory, Rm. 1, where it would spend the rest of its Princeton years. In 2025 as Rider University was liquidating the contents of the historic Westminster campus, this organ was procured by alumnus Kevin O'Brien for his private residence.
