Originally built as chapel at Auburn Theological Seminary (Presbyterian), and used by them until 1939 Used by the Navy during World War II. Occupied by Seventh Day Adventists from 1957 to 1988. Owned by the Community Preservation Committee from 1990 to the present (2006).
