Database Manager on June 15th, 2019:

The Moller was replaced by an Allen at some point and was moved to the basement of the Allen salesman for use in his home; that didn't work out, so in the late 1970's he asked Barger & Nix of McDonald TN to come get it, at which time it was placed in storage with that firm; ca.1985 it was relocated by Barger & Nix to Christ Episcopal Church, Albertville, Alabama; a Trompette and the bottom octave of the Diapason were added in 1988; on April 24, 2010, an EF-3 tornado hit downtown Albertville, nearly destroying the church but not the organ; the organ was rebuilt by Barger & Nix and reinstalled in 2012.

Pattillo Memorial merged with Avondale United Methodist Church in 1970 to become Avondale Pattillo; the Pattillo building became Oakhurst United Methodist Church and then Thankful Missionary Baptist Church.
