Updated through information from Stephen Schnurr: Installed in Academy chapel. Extant, though considerably altered. Kevin M. Möller attended the school in the late 1940s. Consultant was Van Denman Thompson of De Pauw University, Greencastle, Indiana, who played the dedication recital.
Updated through on-line information from John Gouwens. -- Undergoing renovation by Fabry, Inc. at present. (Fabry, Inc. has cared for the organ since 1978.) Three ranks will be added to this organ, probably by January 2007, bringing the rank total to 57 and the pipe count to 3,564. The Peterson ICS 4000 system is set up with ventils, pedal divide (adjustable), and two melody couplers, among other features. -- Most of Choir Swell division stops are 73-note, for 4' couplers.
