Replaced Estey, Opus 54 from 1903. Original Kinetic sent to the builder to refurbish (bearings)

Updated by Ken Houser, who has heard or played the organ. Organ is very much playable, used daily/weekly for Masses. I have played it, most recently September 30, 2017. It has some issues but those are being addressed as time and finances allow.
