According to the 1983 OHS Handbook, the organ was undergoing ongoing tonal revisions by Theodore Gil bert. "The 1962 Reuter organ was designed by Franklin Mitchell, tonal director of Reuter, and Barclay Wood, organist of the church, who has also supervised the subsequent tonal revisions."
