Updated through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- In 1949, the church was obtaining a new organ, and donated the Pilcher to First Presbyterian in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. It was rebuilt/electrified there by parishioner Ed Bettis who had previously been a member of the Morristown church.
Identified through information in Volume IV p. 10 of the Pilcher factory ledger and the list of Pilcher organs typed by William E. Pilcher of Louisville. For more information see the document referenced below.
