Minor corrections made. GT Twelfth and Fifteenth could be a single stop “II Grave Mixture”, documents unclear.

Listed in Hook & Hastings company documents as being built for Charles Shearn Memorial Methodist Church (the former name and location for this same congregation), but the congregation had already moved to the corner of Main and Clay Streets and been renamed to First Methodist (Episcopal) Church by the time this organ was finally built.
Identified from company publications as edited and expanded in The Hook Opus List 1829-1935, ed. William T. Van Pelt (Organ Historical Society, 1991).
