Paul R. Marchesano on July 17th, 2024:

[The church's Hook organ was] sold to the Baptist Church [presumably in Clinton] and subsequently to a party in California when the old [Baptist] church was torn down a few years ago.

The Steere organ was reworked and improved in the l960's or 1970's by Mr. Robert Ezold of Holyoke, Ma. The organ has presently l6 ranks of pipes, most which date from 1910. The organ has a two manual drawknob console, electropneumatic playing and stop action and a 2 H.P. Spencer blower (in the basement). Also included are a fine set of Mayland tubular chimes which comprise 21 notes.
